Patch Notes: Online leveling

Changes

• Online characters no longer get forced onto Oblivion leveling. A new online character levels the Daggerfall way. The Oblivion option is shown locked as "Offline characters only".
• Offline, you can still pick either leveling system.
• Characters already using Oblivion leveling online keep it.
• An offline Oblivion character you bring online switches to Daggerfall leveling, starting from its current level. Any level-up it had already earned is kept.
