Patch Notes: The Seraph Wings
New aura: the Seraph Wings
- The developers' own aura. Wear it from the account card's aura picker.
- Wings of flowing golden light grow from the wearer's back. Each wing has long plumes and short inner feathers, with waves of light running out along them.
- The wings breathe slowly and beat once every eight seconds. Sparks streak out past their tips, and a soft glow with turning rays shines behind the shoulders.
- They cast a pool of gold at the wearer's feet and a gold light on the world around them.
- They sit on the wearer's back on both Morrowind bodies and Eye of the Beholder sprites, and they lean, turn and trail with the body.
Other players see your aura right away
- An aura you put on or take off now shows to everyone around you within a second or two. Before, they saw it only after you changed area.
- Up to 32 auras are drawn at once (was 16).
- A player who drops out of sight for a moment no longer has their aura start over from nothing.
The Holo Shadow Cloak on Eye of the Beholder sprites
- The cloak and the wings now sit at the sprite's real shoulders. Before, they floated well above the head whenever a weapon, staff or spell was out.
- They face the way your sprite faces. Walking backward, the cloak no longer covers your sprite's face.
- The cloak is no longer drawn around your camera in first person.
- While you swim, the cloak folds away and the wings close.
- Players in beast form now carry the wings at the beast's own shoulders.
Fixes
- The Golden Radiance no longer vanishes when you look down on its wearer from high above.
- The Seraph Wings' light stays gold in dungeons.
