Patch Notes: The Sun Baby

A new live event

• Developers can now stage the Sun Baby for everyone online with /event sunbaby (end it with /event sunbaby off or /event off).
• The sky turns a bright nursery blue full of drifting flowers, and a big giggling baby-faced sun rises out of the east.
• The weather clears while it lasts - no rain, snow or storms - and the land is lit like a sunny day at any hour.

What's Changed

• SUNBABY1: /event sunbaby - a sky of flowers and a laughing baby sun by @Lattymoy in #599
