Patch Notes: Aegis of Oblivion
Titles
- New title: Aegis of Oblivion, in violet that rises out of the void into a pale lilac light. It belongs to Sureme: press it on the account card to wear it.
- A new glyph comes with it: three pillars standing through a ring, with the void's tendrils spreading beneath them. It shows beside Sureme's name.
Auras
- New aura: Oblivion Ward, Sureme's own. A whole ring of violet light circles the ground where you stand, with two bright scribes running around it and a bezel of fine ticks outside it. Inside the ring, a circle of twelve runes turns slowly the other way and lights up one rune after another, as if it were being written. Four claws hang from the ring at the diagonals, a violet mist turns inside, and a low veil of light with rising motes stands up off the ring.
- Floating symbols: runes lift off the ring and float up to chest height, swaying and drifting outward and always turned toward you, then blur, break into dust and fade away. Each one rises again somewhere else round the ring with a new rune.
- When the ward is first put on, it draws itself round from behind you. Wear it or take it off from the account card. Every player near you sees it.
- Dagon's Fire looks exactly as it did.
Behind the scenes
- Everyone online is disconnected once when this update goes live, and reconnects.
