Patch Notes: Teleport, boats and save screen fixes

Fixed

• Staff teleport takes you to the right interior in towns with the new layouts.
• Teleporting to a boat or cabin keeps you on the right boat and in your own cabin.
• Private rooms and homes still check ownership when you teleport or visit.
• The save screen no longer leaks memory from its screenshots.
