Patch Notes: Hotfix - arena sessions and crowd

Added

• An Arena button appears on screen during a private session, and the / key does the same. Both open the session's Bouts page, so the host can pick fighters and start bouts without going through the pause menu.

Fixed

• Removed the static under the crowd's cheers and boos.
• Fixed the crackling after a bout ends. The crowd now roars at the result instead.
• Losing a bout no longer kills you or throws you out of the arena. You fall, the healers come, and both fighters go back to the stands.
