Patch Notes: Hotfix - private sessions

Changed

• When you host or join a private session, chat now confirms you're in it and how many others are there. Players watching from the stands aren't drawn, so the arena can look empty. Open Bouts in the Arena window to see who has joined; the host calls fighters to the sand.
