Patch Notes: Hotfix - homes in the arena's block

Fixed

• Online homes and guild halls on the block in Daggerfall city where the Arena now stands move to a new house on their owner's next login. Before, the move could miss and the home looked deleted. Nothing was lost; the homes were never deleted.

Patch Notes: Hotfix - arena crowd sound

Fixed

• The arena crowd sounds like people now instead of static.
• Fixed the crackle and pop at the end of a match, after the victory celebration.
