Patch Notes: Motherlodes at the day change

Fixes

• The day's Motherlodes show soon after midnight UTC. Before this fix, the server could not choose them on a busy evening, and they did not show for some hours.
• The server stays available at the change of the UTC day. Before this fix, the choice of the Motherlodes made the server refuse many requests.
