Patch Notes: Server stability at the day change

Fixes

• The account server stays available at the change of the UTC day. Before this fix, it refused many requests for some hours after midnight UTC.
• The day's Motherlodes can show a few minutes after midnight UTC. Until they show, the Motherlodes list is empty. Look again after some minutes.

Patch Notes: /mod logo says why Discord refused a picture

• When Discord does not give the service a picture, /mod logo now says the answer Discord gave.
