The Dwarven Dragon has more health now. A fight against it takes more time.

When and where each Dwarven Dragon lands is now secret until it lands. The time when it lands is random too.

• DRAGON-HIDDEN-TIME: the dragon's time and place secret until it lands, plus DRAGON-HARDER (relay world294, replaces #1445, folds #1474) by @blueeenonok-lang in #1475
• DRAGON-HARDER and DRAGON-HIDDEN: twelve minutes of health, and no dragon counted from the source (relay world294) by @Lattymoy in #1445
