Patch Notes: Correct PvP death text

PvP zones

Some text in the game said that a PvP death drops your bag. This was not correct. A PvP death does not drop your bag. The player who kills you can take one uninsured worn item, or gold. The zone messages, the zone map, the tutorial and the insurance text now tell the correct rule. A villain keeps no insured gear.

What's Changed

• PVP-WORDS: the PvP zone text says what a player kill takes, never that the bag drops by @blueeenonok-lang in #1420
