Patch Notes: Level bar, level fix and mastery speed

Level progress

Online, the level up window now counts the same skill points that the skill sheet shows. Above 100, a skill point gives less to your level. Thus the window now shows more points for each level. For example, 23/38 at mastered skills.

Level fix

Some characters had a lower level than their skills give. When you join the realm, the level up window now opens for each level that you did not get. You get your attribute points and health for each level. If all your attributes are at 100, your level goes up when you join, and your health goes up to match.
