Patch Notes: Quieter decks

Sailing

• The deck no longer plays its own one-off sounds at sea: waves slapping the hull, creaking timbers and ropes, flapping sails and spray over the bow are gone. You still hear the sea, the wind in the rigging, the gulls near land and the ship's bell.

What's Changed

• DECK-QUIET: remove the deck-at-sea one-shots and their clips by @Lattymoy in #1307
