Patch Notes: Broker purchases, Regens Health in darkness

Fixes

Regens Health: In Darkness works. Items with this enchantment now heal 1 health every 4 magic rounds at night, indoors and in dungeons. Before this fix it never healed. It stacks with the class advantage Regenerate Health: In Darkness.
A Broker purchase is never lost. If the account service stops answering while you buy a Battlemage's Panoply piece or an insignia, the Broker now holds your embers and settles the sale the next time you open her window. You get the piece if the sale went through, and your embers back if it did not. Before this, a purchase could charge your account and also refund your pack. That left embers in your inventory the account would never spend, and an aura purchase would say "too few embers".
Menu music uses a larger audio buffer, which helps on headsets that process sound through their own software (for example SteelSeries GG / Sonar).
