Patch Notes: Fairer rolls, a better Reforge

Enchantments

Carrying capacity no longer turns up on most Rare pieces. Every kind of line now comes up only as often as its share.

The Reforge

A Reforge now always swaps a line for a different kind of line, on any line, as often as you can afford. Each reforge on the same piece costs twice the last one. Technique lines can't be reforged any more; honing still raises them.

What's Changed

• AFFIX-LINES and REFORGE-REPLACE: fair enchant rolls, a Reforge that replaces by @Lattymoy in #1265
