Patch Notes: Decorating

The catalogue

Tab opens and closes the catalogue. Types are icons, and the name appears at once when you point at one. A star marks a favourite, and a Hotbar button puts the piece on the bar. Both sit on the card and beside Place.

One Confirm

Placing, moving, copying, removing and renaming wait until you press Confirm. Leaving with changes still open asks first. Move shows only the piece in your hands. Duplicate stays in the room you are in. A placed piece can be given a name.

Chests and stations

Each chest and station has "Who may use". In your home that is you, your friends, your party, or everyone. In a guild hall a chest is the guild's, and who may use it is Everyone, Members, Officers or the Guildmaster. A higher rank may always open it. Only a keeper can change it.

One person has a shared chest open at a time. What you put in and take out is written once, when you close it. The Guildmaster can pour the vault into the chest that is open. Pointing at a placed chest in the hall shows what is inside. The hall's own cupboards still open the guild stores.

Guild halls and yards

A hall holds 300 pieces. The keeper pays for what is placed, and what comes back goes to the guild treasury. Confirm says so when the guild is paid. Out of doors the plaque has Move, Duplicate and Remove, and Confirm and Cancel are on the bar. A candle in the yard burns no brighter than a candle indoors.

A house changes hands

Transfer Ownership asks in the usual choice window, then for the buyer's name.

Weaving

Linen and Wool can now be made at the loom. Weave two Root Tendrils into a Linen Bolt, or spin two furs (Rat, Wolf or Tiger Pelts, Boar or Bear Hides) into a Wool Bolt. The Weavers still sell both.

First-craft bonus

A piece sewn from cloth you made yourself now earns the first-time crafting bonus. Cloth bought from the Weavers still doesn't count.

Jewelcrafting

The jeweller's bench now takes Chipped, Flawed, Flawless and Perfect gems. Each grade adds its own share of enchantment points.
