Patch Notes: Class skill swaps no longer break the level limit

Fixes

Changing a class skill on the Growth tab could be repeated to push your level far past what any class can reach. One class reached level 223. A skill's training now leaves your class with it. Your level and its progress still never drop, but after you give up a trained skill for a less trained one, your class skills make up the difference before your next level comes any closer.
The swap form now tells you how many points that is, beside the picks and again when it asks you to confirm.
