Breeze RMM v0.95.1 — a patch release fixing a database migration that prevented v0.95.0 from starting on managed / least-privilege PostgreSQL.

Fixed

• v0.95.0 could fail to boot on managed PostgreSQL. The 2026-07-16-td-synnex-sftp-price-file migration reassigned a helper function's ownership in a way that only a database superuser could perform. Deployments whose database role is not a superuser — including DigitalOcean/RDS-style managed Postgres (doadmin) — hit permission denied for schema public and the API refused to start. The migration now grants the owning role the one privilege it needs for the ownership change and revokes it immediately after, so a non-superuser migrator completes cleanly (#2543).

Self-Hosting / Upgrade Notes

Upgrade command — bump BREEZE_VERSION=0.95.1 in /opt/breeze/.env, then:

docker compose pull api web && docker compose up -d

Who needs this:

• If v0.95.0 failed to start on your managed database (with permission denied for schema public): upgrade straight to v0.95.1 — it applies the fixed migration and boots normally. Everything else in v0.95.0 is unchanged, so all the v0.95.0 upgrade notes still apply (one-time forced sign-out, MCP/OAuth re-consent, M365 mailbox re-consent, the required database app-role credential, TRUST_CF_CONNECTING_IP behind Cloudflare). See the v0.95.0 release.
• If v0.95.0 already deployed successfully (a superuser database, e.g. the default docker-compose Postgres): v0.95.1 is a safe no-op for this migration — the API automatically reconciles the migration's recorded checksum and does not re-run it.

Database — no new migrations. v0.95.1 corrects the content of an existing v0.95.0 migration; it does not add any. No new required environment variables. No breaking changes beyond those already described for v0.95.0.
