Localized Zed build for v1.15.0.

- Improved builds so that a single build can include all languages.
- Added some missing translations.
Important
Starting with v1.15.0-i18n.2, all languages are combined into a single build. In the combined build, the UI appears in your system language on first launch, and you can change it with the Display Language setting (ui_locale in settings.json). Existing per-language builds move to the combined build through auto-update, so change the language in the settings if needed. Also, if you installed via Scoop, the earlier per-language manifests (such as zed-i18n-ko-KR) keep working but now install the same build for every language.
