• Added new net.kyori.indra.publishing.bintray plugin to configure the Bintray publishing plugin.
• Added support for declaring minimum toolchain versions and applying cross-version testing tasks.
• Added new javaVersions.enablePreviewFeatures option to enable preview features
• Added includeJavaSoftwareComponentInPublications option that can be disabled, to suppress inclusion of the component when publishing. (Most people won't need to touch this)
