Staging-TkG builds now include support for the experimental FUTEX2 interface (for use with Fsync). You can enable/disable it with the WINEFSYNC_FUTEX2 environment variable, it's enabled by default. This requires a custom kernel with the Futex2 support (for example, you can take Futex2 patch from here or here). You can still use Fsync or Esync even if your kernel doesn't support FUTEX2, it's not a strict requirement.
