Environment-derived namespaces in declarative config — Namespace values in declarative manifests now support !env resolution, letting you drive multi-environment workflows from environment variables instead of duplicating files. Both scalar and mapping forms are supported at file defaults and per-resource metadata. Namespaces are resolved early during loading, before validation and planning, and remain concrete in saved plans so a reviewed plan always applies the namespace it was approved with.

🐛 Fixes & Improvements

Portal apply plans no longer blocked by unrelated child endpoints — Parent-only apply plans previously read all children of managed portals, so a 403 from an unrelated child API could prevent planning entirely. Apply mode now reads only declared children, matching the existing traversal policy for external parents. (#2708)
AI Gateway semantic models converge after create and update — Models referencing a vectordb datastore previously showed spurious diffs because the SDK injected inline connection defaults and Konnect expanded the referenced datastore's connection settings in responses. Inherited connection fields are now normalized during comparison, and write-only passwords are excluded. Dumps also omit API-expanded datastore connections, preserving inheritance after subsequent datastore changes. (#2713)
