Portal Identity Provider (IdP) Declarative Support

You can now manage Portal Identity Providers as a first-class declarative resource (#851). Define IdP configuration in your YAML manifests alongside other portal resources and apply it with kongctl apply.

Declarative Benchmark Runner

A new declarative benchmark runner with reporting and notifications has been added (#885). This enables automated performance benchmarking of declarative apply workflows, with structured results and alerting support.
