Improvements

• Improve accessibility when the native scrollbars can't be hidden. This can happen when the browser isn't supporting scrollbar styling & the ScrollbarsHidingPlugin is not being used. In this case the custom scrollbars aren't rendered over the native scrollbars anymore. SimpleBar #726
