- Give folders and videos their own layout and grid size, so a folder list can sit next to a video grid
- Add an independent configuration switch to quick settings, so a folder keeps its own layout, sorting and display fields that its subfolders inherit and may override
- Point out in quick settings when the edits change the global defaults, and when the folder still inherits an independent configuration from a parent
