macOS:
- Create macOS runner with Flutter and CocoaPods
- Configure bundle identifier (com.stelliberty.app)
- Add app icons for all required sizes (16-1024px)
- Integrate window_manager for window control
- Support tray residence (don't quit on window close)

- Disable app sandbox for proxy network access
Linux:
