Changes:

• server:
  • Optimize buffer usage to reduce CPU usage
  • Delay ptp session takedown to handle trail data better in the new multi threaded architecture
  • Allow ptp listen session to come a little later than ptp connect session (required for The Warriors to connect reliably)
  • Minor bug fixes
