Changes:

• client (these changes are already available on aemu and PPSSPP, do not attempt to manually update on those platforms):

  • Greatly reduce the chance of nonblock recv operations ending up blocking

• server:

  • Evict zombie sessions with bloating send buffers
  • Added some auto kick options, see usage.md
  • hotfix_1: fix port display api for existing status pages
