Changes
Client changes:
- Do not modify loading partition of pspnet_ap_dialog_dummy.prx, fixes some games not launching
- Change gamemode timings and add a dirty gamemode hack to work around some rather cursed issues when cross playing with PPSSPP
- Fix gamemode update replica API opt handling, not sure if that fixed any gamemode games
