- Fix PDP recv buffer too small handling, thanks @Double-0-seven7 for bringing it up (Flatout: Headon)
- Fix games that sets and checks clock speed for adhoc not starting (Flatout: Headon)
- Fix adhocctl event handler id indexing, for games that require id 0 on the handler (Tekken: Dark Resurrection)
- Fix windows adhocctl server executable name in release
