Mandatory update for every node operator, exchange and pool before the H15 hardfork:
mainnet DAA score 140,115,000 (expected Friday, October 30, around 15:00 UTC).
Nodes older than 1.6.6 will not follow the chain after H15, and peers older than 1.6.6 are refused once H15 is active.
What's new
- Verifiable inference: AI responses now carry a commitment to their computation, and a random share of them is audited on-chain. Miners that fail or skip an audit are penalized.
- Attention rule: audits now cover the attention layers, opened in phases.
- Security fixes in audit handling, reported by Texonja. Thank you!
- New RPC: GetAwaitedOpenings, used by the miner to follow its pending audits.
- IBD: a peer serving an invalid PoM proof is disconnected instead of banned.
