Bug Fixes
- Fixed TOTP field parsing for KeePass import and export to match current KeePass TOTP definitions; added TOTP algorithm support.
- Fixed KeePass import failures caused by empty passwords or quoted keyfile paths.
- Fixed share-record, share-folder, nsf-share-record, and nsf-share-folder to reject targets that are record or folder owners, with a clear error message.
- Fixed NSF folder titles for team-shared folders showing "Unnamed" instead of the real folder name.
