This patch release sets the block height on mainnet for a coordinated upgrade due to an undisclosed security vulnerability.
Validators should install v0.17.6 prior to block 974570- this version includes a software upgrade that halts the chain at block 974570. After the chain halts, kava developers to publish v0.18.0. Please see the validator discord for further coordination information.
