This is the proposed software that will comprise the "Kava Swap Upgrade", scheduled for August 30th, 2021 at approximately 13:00 UTC. Changes include:
- The swap module, an AMM protocol for trading tokens
- On-Chain governance for HARD/SWP token holders
- SWP token distribution via the incentive module
- Various fixes and refactors to improve the maintainability and accuracy of existing incentive code.
- Migration from v0.14.3 to v0.15.
NOTE: Validators intending to run the migration from v0.14 to v0.15 MUST use v0.14.3 when exporting state. Nodes can be updated at any time prior to the migration.
Prior to the upgrade time, this release may be replaced by another release (v0.15.1, for example) that may contain changes to the migration logic, or other changes that do not alter the current state machine. If state machine breaking changes are needed, the v0.15 branch will be abandoned and a new upgrade proposal will be made to supersede the existing one.

NOTE: This release candidate is intended for the "Kava Swap Upgrade" (chain-id: kava-8). Do not attempt to run this software on the current kava-7 mainnet.
