This version has a complate new controlling algorithm to enhance sync checking

• New controller algorithm
• New wait check for changing mode, target temp and calibration to prevent false calculations
• Fix disable/reload devices
• Add an kind of a watchdog feature to make sure even after a connection lost a device syncs
• Add check function to check that the HA climate receives the values
