Patch:
- Change the default calibration to adress TRVs that currently in Z2M only support int values not float, so we cant make a 100% excact calibration, its now round down to make sure the target temp can be reached.
- Remove a target temp startup sync to avoid a false set temp on temperature based calibration TRV #75
- check the window sensor also on startup if setted up in config and wait if its ready
- fix a UX bug on temperature change if the TRV sends other infos in this time period #54
- Reduce mqtt traffic if window is open or TRV is off #70 #71
- fix a UX bug if window is changed from open to close, the UX shows OFF on the TRV #72
