Bug Fix: Earn Total sensor now works
Problem: sensor.binance_earn_total_usd blieb unknown wegen HTTP 400 beim Binance Preis-API.
Ursache: json.dumps(["BTCUSDT", "ETHUSDT"]) erzeugt Leerzeichen nach Kommas — Binance lehnt das im symbols-Parameter ab.
Fix: separators=(",", ":") → ["BTCUSDT","ETHUSDT"] ohne Leerzeichen.
