1. Removed the erroneous port 853 DNS hijacking.
2. Fixed an issue where the "vpn Service Provider" notification would reset after being marked as read.
3. macOS: Added a Launch.command script to the DMG installation interface. Please double-click and run this script after completing the drag-and-drop installation for the update; otherwise, Karing may fail to launch on certain systems following the update.
