Freezes on some phones
Some Android players still get a freeze mid-match in 2.0.1. We haven't found the cause yet. This update makes it easier to catch and gives you something to try:
- New: FULL SPEED (My WWE → Options → Graphics → DISPLAY), ON by default (as in 2.0.1).
- ON: if your device can't hold 60 fps, the game does extra updates so it still runs at normal speed.
- OFF: one game update per frame, like the Xbox 360. A slower device plays in slow motion instead of catching up, and 30 FPS plays at half speed.
- If you get freezes, try FULL SPEED OFF and tell us on the Discord whether they stop.
- Freeze logs fixed: when the game froze, 2.0.1 on Android filled the log with errors. Now a freeze writes a clean report of what the game was doing. If you still freeze on 2.0.2, please send it with Report a problem.
Also new
- 🧪 ONLINE overlay on Android: an ONLINE button in the touch controls' menu layout (beside EDIT) opens the friends and invites overlay.
- Online friends, invites, the server's numbers and larger Community Creations uploads are now live on the server.
