This release includes the rollback of the Dotnames and UniqueLinking pallets introduced in 1.15.1.
In addition, the runtime API has been updated. A bug in the bonded pallet runtime call, which caused an incorrect calculation, has been fixed. Newly introduced DID runtime calls now support deleting a DID by providing a list of dangling resources along with their respective transaction.
