Winlator glibc and non-glibc driver compiled from Pippeto-crypto's repo.
turnip-24.3.0-R8.wcp to install with the Content manager in Winlator glibc 7.1.2+.
libvulkan_freedreno.so are now zipped (cant upload with same name and cant rename directly). Unzip, and to install manually as per the video in the main page of this repo.

This can result in a significant performance improvement for these unaligned copies, up to 10x or more in some cases according to GPU time profiling of dEQP-VK.api.copy_and_blit.dedicated_allocation.buffer_to_image.2d_images.* VK-CTS tests with a larger image size. I've gotten no reports of any regressions, and it seems like there's a 40% FPS bump on a Unity title (Eiyuden Chronicles Hundred Heroes). - Mark
