Based on latest mesa main source v25.2.0-devel.

Base commit: 098ee11

Compatible with Winlator Bionic through Adrenotools settings and "Wrapper" graphics driver.

Compatible with Micewine.

ATTENTION:

• Winlator users should from now on enable sysmem in the TU_DEBUG variable list in the Environment Variables due to changes in the Mesa source.
• Winlator users with Adreno a710 and a720 should disable sysmem in the TU_DEBUG variable list in the Environment Variables.
  Graphic bugs and abysmal performance can be expected on other emulators.

If full screen artifacing happens, try using the [forced gmem] tagged driver.
