No API changes are required for existing imports.

• Improved LineClamp text fitting around word boundaries, including custom ellipses and after
  slots. The same improvements apply to vue-clamp/pretext.
• Improved measured resize and content-update performance for LineClamp, RichLineClamp, and
  InlineClamp, especially for groups of components and long content.
• Fixed premature truncation in supported Thai wrapping and negative letter-spacing cases.
  These layouts may take longer to truncate.
• Fixed missing text or ellipses when RichLineClamp expands a previously truncated rich-text prefix.
