• Fixed ASF not accepting backup 2FA codes as valid input (#1900).
• Fixed generic-netf builds not serializing Version objects as strings.
• Fixed ASF not following RFC on 303 HTTP status codes (#1907).
• Latest ASF-ui with new features, improvements and bugfixes.
• Updated localization provided by our community.
• Usual amount of other core improvements, optimizations and bugfixes.

Organization changes

• Official ASF releases starting from V4.2.3.7 are now published by GitHub actions (previously: AppVeyor). Packages themselves are created in exactly the same way as before, so this change should be transparent for end-users.
• Strings and translations exchanged with Crowdin platform are now automatically submitted and deployed to ASF repo (#943).
