Many people are seeing weird artifacts, dark rectangles, and stuff on their screen when floating things like URLbar, toasts, etc. are opened, this is being caused by an outdated version of Mica4Everyone app which is meant to make Zen look transparent. If you are experiencing such issues then i suggest updating MFE or using DWMBlurGlass app instead, as it does not trigger this problem
