This is a release-candidate version of v1.7.0.

What's Changed

Feature Update:

• Generate, store and use cookies for multiple websites
• Aria2c now can be used with custom commands
• "Download playlist" now attempts to treat the link as a single video when parsing playlist failed

• Fixed several bugs of notifications of custom commands
• "Process id exists" error when restarting a download

UI Improvements:

• Optimize the display of text in multiple languages

Behavior Changes:

• Embedded artwork is converted to jpeg to lower the size of file #418
• Devices running Android 11+ (API 30+) can grant Seal MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE permission to access other directories than Download/
