Test build of the Simkl rewatch work on current dev.
- Merged current dev through 6500920.
- The START gate no longer asks; the pre-play question is the only one and waits for the answer.
- Autoplay and cached last links pass the real resume percent.
- A watched movie keeps its watched badge during a playback row.
- Continue Watching: a live run overrides a saved next-up dismissal; closing a run clears the dismissal keys; a run change no longer empties the row; the close is scoped to the profile that started it.
- The initial sync reads activities before the library and playback pulls.
Tests: 2727 run, 2 known runner failures (Trakt auth secret missing, Simkl storage collateral), 1 skipped.
