Test build of PR #3653 (Simkl rewatches on the TV client), with the last review round merged.
This round carries the review fixes plus the newest upstream dev:
- the rewatch question runs before playback, hosted by the stream screen and awaited before the player opens (10s fallback)
- the question starts focused on Yes
- closing a run from the Continue Watching card holds the row until the close lands
- a removed episode is dropped from its rewatch session, including anime that Simkl lists flat
- the question overlay is the P2P style dialog
- upstream dev merged (entry index and projection lookups, split playback storage, player and libass changes)
- merge fixes for the video id threshold argument and two Simkl test fixtures
Suite: 2585 tests, 8 failed, 1 skipped
- the two Trakt tests are known red from before this PR
- SimklSyncRepositoryStorageTest passes alone; in the full suite it takes an uncaught exception leaked by the failing Trakt progress test before it
- LibassOverlayGeometryTest (5 tests) is upstream's new test; it fails on the JVM RectF stub and upstream CI never runs it (updater tests only)
