Test build for the Simkl rewatch fixes.
- The pre-play rewatch question builds its tracking item from the screen metadata and never calls the stream loader, so it cannot cancel stream or badge loading.
- The question is still raised before resolve and before the player opens.
- The question is prepared once per source; duplicate prepare calls after resolve were removed.
- P2P-style dialog: No first with default focus, Start second with the accent.
- Anime removal falls back to the absolute episode number on a flat Simkl session.
- Continue Watching keeps the card until the close write finishes.
